JOB SUMMARY

This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and is looking to take on greater challenges, manage larger client relationships, and build a rewarding career in commercial real estate leasing and business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive leasing revenue by actively identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, business meetings, and other sales generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, tenants, brokers, and corporate decision-makers to generate leasing opportunities and repeat business.
  • Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including client needs assessment, property presentations, site inspections, proposal preparation, lease negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales, leasing, occupancy, and revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective tenants and corporate clients through proactive business development efforts.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and provide strategic leasing recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain an accurate database of available properties, prospects, clients, and leasing transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the leasing cycle.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop lead-generation campaigns, property marketing initiatives, and brand visibility programs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, business forums, and client meetings to expand market presence and generate new business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on commercial real estate trends, market conditions, and industry developments within the Philippines.
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, leasing, or client-facing revenue-generating roles.
    • Candidates from Commercial Real Estate, Property Brokerage, Corporate Sales, Hotel Sales and Events, Airline Sales, Advertising Sales, Media Sales, Business Development, Hospitality, and other target-driven industries are highly encouraged to apply.
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales, leasing, business development, occupancy, or revenue targets.
    • Strong hunter mentality with experience in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and relationship management.
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced sales environment.
    • Customer-focused with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Willing to conduct fieldwork, attend client meetings, and travel within Metro Manila as required.
