We are looking for an experienced Web Developer to lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of our websites across multiple brands. This role focuses heavily on performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO technical implementation, landing page development, and ensuring world-class user experience. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and capable of delivering fast, secure, and conversion-optimized web experiences.
Responsibilities
Performance & Core Web Vitals Optimization
- Improve key performance metrics such as LCP, INP/FID, and CLS.
- Optimize site speed, responsiveness, and overall technical performance.
- Ensure at least 80% of site pages consistently fall under “Good” Core Web Vitals.
Website Maintenance & Monitoring
- Conduct weekly monitoring and submit performance reports.
- Identify and resolve errors, slow pages, broken links, and downtime issues.
- Maintain 99% website uptime and ensure overall site stability and security.
Web Development & Landing Pages
- Develop new landing pages for campaigns within expected timelines.
- Enhance existing pages, especially those with high bounce rates.
- Implement UX/UI improvements using data-driven insights and industry best practices.
Technical SEO Implementation
- Execute SEO-related technical fixes including indexing, sitemaps, schema, and robots optimization.
- Collaborate with the SEO Team to enhance site discoverability and organic performance.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, SEO, and Creative Teams to implement website updates and campaign requirements.
- Provide technical insights and recommendations for web-related projects.
Troubleshooting & Stability
- Troubleshoot website bugs and deploy timely patches or fixes.
- Ensure security updates, plugin management, and hosting performance are up to date.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in web development
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, and modern frameworks
- Experience with CMS platforms (Wix, WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, GTmetrix, Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical optimization
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug quickly
- Strong communication and project management skills
