The Accounts Assistant supports the Underwriting Administration Team by handling data processing, documentation, and general administrative tasks. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in data management, and effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers, calculators, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Prior insurance experience (a plus).

What you’ll do:

  • Encode and update system data (applications, broker info, loss runs, endorsements, electronic files).
  • Generate and maintain underwriting reports.
  • Assist with broker coordination, documentation, and brokerage agreements.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to the Underwriting Administration Team.
