1. Office Inventory Management
- Maintain and manage office inventory, including office supplies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and accountability
- Track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure the office is well-stocked.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procurement and delivery of office supplies
2. Driver Scheduling
- Schedule and manage dirver assignments to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
- Monitor and adjust driver schedules based on workload, priorities, and availability
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including dates, actions taken, and costs incurred.
3. Collections
- Manage the collection process for outstanding payments from clients and customers.
- Communicate with clients regarding payment status, invoices, and overdue accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, payments, and account statuses.
- Collaborate with the finance department to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
4. Governmental Compliance
- Ensure the organization complies with all relevant governmental regulations and requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to governmental agencies.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to address any compliance-related issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Administration, Management, or related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or a similar role.
- Experience in handling office operations, procurement, and vendor coordination is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with office equipment and administrative systems (e.g., filing, documentation, scheduling tools).
- Basic knowledge of purchasing processes and inventory management is preferred.
- Willingness to do field work.
