Job Details

1. Office Inventory Management 

  • Maintain and manage office inventory, including office supplies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and accountability
  • Track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to ensure the office is well-stocked.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procurement and delivery of office supplies

2. Driver Scheduling

  • Schedule and manage dirver assignments to ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
  • Monitor and adjust driver schedules based on workload, priorities, and availability
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including dates, actions taken, and costs incurred.

3. Collections

  • Manage the collection process for outstanding payments from clients and customers.
  • Communicate with clients regarding payment status, invoices, and overdue accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections, payments, and account statuses.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.

4. Governmental Compliance

  • Ensure the organization complies with all relevant governmental regulations and requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to governmental agencies.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to address any compliance-related issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Administration, Management, or related field.

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in handling office operations, procurement, and vendor coordination is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with office equipment and administrative systems (e.g., filing, documentation, scheduling tools).
  • Basic knowledge of purchasing processes and inventory management is preferred.
  • Willingness to do field work.
